The Mind Strong Routine

In this final session, we bring everything together into one clear, repeatable structure: the Mind Strong Routine. You’ll walk away with a 5-step daily practice that builds mental strength exactly the way physical strength is built: through small, consistent reps done with intention.

This session also introduces a new, powerful tool:
The One-Minute Decision Reset: a simple question you can ask yourself to shift out of reaction and into action.

You’ll learn:

  • How to integrate awareness, emotional regulation, focus, and recovery into a daily mental circuit

  • Why consistency, not intensity, is what creates long-term strength

  • A 5-step routine you can do anywhere, in just a few minutes

🎯 Practice:
The 5-step Mind Strong Routine:

  1. Scan your thoughts

  2. Label your emotion and its trigger

  3. Choose your box (control, influence, release)

  4. Anchor your state

  5. Ask: “What’s one intentional action I can take right now?”

✍️ Journal prompt:
“Now that I’m no longer driven by reaction, but by choice, who do I choose to be?
And what’s one small action today that aligns with that version of me?”
